Rain x holds off water as a result this can reduce the rate at which soap scum builds up on your glass shower doors. Re wet your sponge and scoop up the paste. If this test spray works repeat this process on the rest of the shower door to clean all the soap scum off of it. There are plenty of commercial cleaners that promise to remove soap scum from glass shower enclosures.

Remove any remaining soap scum from the door by creating a paste of three parts baking soda and one part plain water in a bowl. Use a cloth to scrub the surface by hand after about 20 30 minutes and completely dry it. Most of them do a good job if used weekly or more often. Spray a little bit of the cleaner on a small area of your shower door then wipe it off with a clean cloth.

The key is to follow product directions and give the cleaner time to work before wiping or rinsing away. Using rain x for this purpose is a cheap way to keep your glass shower doors looking clean. Apply it directly to the surface of your shower door. Spray glass door and close to allow the solution to set and drip back into the shower.
